Because of this, we’re not able to offer traditional returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our top priority—and if something’s off with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the item

Once reviewed, we’ll work quickly to send you a replacement at no cost.

Sizing & Order Accuracy

Please review our sizing chart carefully before placing your order. Since each item is made specifically for you, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse. If you have any questions about fit, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help before you buy!
